On Tuesday January 24, 2017 the Prentiss County Sheriff's Department an investigation into a report of a possible child molestation case, led to charges being filed against a Booneville man, 54 year old, Joseph Franklin White SR. from County Road 5012 Booneville.
Joseph Franklin White SR. was arrested at his residence by Deputies Jeremy Pace and Phillip Owens late Tuesday on Two Counts of Molesting ( Touching a Child for Lustful Purpose) 97-5-23 (a)(1).
Judge Richard Tollison set Joseph Franklin White SR. Bond at $30,000.00. Investigator Torie Jumper is the lead investigator on this case.
