Prentiss County Deputies and Investigators have arrested the second suspect involved in an ATV theft that was reported last week west of Baldwyn.  Joseph Mark Byrd 35 of Pontotoc was arrested early Saturday morning.  Byrd is charged with Grand Larceny stemming from the ATV theft.  His arrested followed the arrest earlier in the week of his Father Andy Pettigo of Baldwyn.  Byrd's bond was set at $15,000 on the Felony charge and $1,000 on a misdemeanor Trespass charge.  He remains in custody.  The Deputies and Investigators are to be commended for their hard work.
