On Weds March 5th Deputies Arrested Christopher Shane McKinney on a recently issued secret indictment.  The charge stemmed from an undercover narcotics investigation by the Prentiss County Sheriff Narcotics Investigator Grady Smith who was assisted by Booneville Narcotics Investigator James Page.  McKinney 29  Booneville was arrested and charged with one count of Sale of a Controlled Substance (Meth) enhanced within 1500 feet of a school.  His bond was set at $15,000.

In another case, Johnny  Dale Murphy32 of Booneville was arrested after another undercover investigation led to his indictment by a Prentiss County Grand Jury.  Murphy was charged with a two count secret indictment, Count one being Possession of Controlled Substance enhanced, while in Possession of a Firearm and Trafficking of a Controlled Substance enhanced while in Possession of a Firearm.  His bond was set at $50,000. Narcotics Investigator Joey Clark in Managing the case.
