On July 26, 2019, Prentiss County Deputies were dispatched to a residence on County Road 1221 in reference to a disturbance. Deputies arrived to find a male subject with a stab wound to the chest. The victim was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center by ambulance. The victim's daughter Kelly Michele Nichols 37 of Booneville was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault. Her Bond was set at $25,000.00
