On Tuesday March 11th 2014 Prentiss County Deputies arrested Jason Ruey Prentiss 33 of 21 CR 8541 Booneville and three other individuals at a Roadside Safety Checkpoint on CR 8401. Prentiss was charged with Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) along with several other misdemeanor charges. His bond has been set at $25,000 on the Felony Charge and $2,500 on the Misdemeanor charges. He was already out on bond on previous controlled substance violations. One other individual in the vehicle is being held on a MDOC hold. Two others were charged with misdemeanors and released on bond.
