On Saturday 01/27/2015 Saltillo Police arrested Mickeal Brandon Meeks 29 of Booneville who was wanted by authorities in Prentiss County after a warrant was issued for his arrest for Grand Larceny. Meeks was accused of taking 15 ThinkPadEdge Notebook Computer from NEMCC. These Computer Notebooks were brand new, still in the box and had a value of over $10,000. Investigators have linked the posting of the Computers on Craigslist for Sale to Meeks in the latter part of November 2014. His bond was set at $25,000 and remains in custody at this time. The incident was reported to NEMCC Police who turned the case over to the Sheriff's Department.
