On Sunday morning 04/19/2015 Prentiss County Deputies responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the complainants driveway. Deputies arrived and found Larry Randal Scruggs 34 of Booneville and arrested him for Trespassing. When the Deputy ran Scrugg's information on NCIC, it was determined that he was wanted out of San Diego California on Felony charges. He has waived extradition and awaiting transportation back to California

It was later determined that there was a mix up in the Charges from California and the authorities there wished not to extradite.
