On Thursday 10/13/2016 Amber Foote 30 of Fulton was arrestted for Contempt of Court and transpoted to the Prentiss County Jail. During the booking process, Corrections Officers discovered that she possessed a plastic bag containing a substance that was latter determined to be Methamphetamine. The Officer also found two (2) syringes. Foote was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methampehamine), her bond was set at $5,000
