On Thursday Jan 12th Prentiss County Deputies arrested Jacob Allen Kizer 28 of Booneville. Kizer was arrested on a Burglary Warrant stemming from an incident that occured the the latter part of last year. Other suspects have already been arrested and charged in the incident. At the time of his arrest he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Oxcodone) a Schedule II drug. He faces two Felony charges, Burglary of a Dwelling and Possession of Controlled Substance as well as two misdemeanor charges. His bond was set at $50,000 on the Felony charges and $1,000 on the misdemeanor charges. Investigator Torie Jumper is lead on the Burglary case and Grady Smith on the Narcotics Violation.
