The fourth and final arrest was made stemming from an investigation in to the January 13th, 2017 Kidnapping in the South Prentiss community which ends a lengthy investigation. Matthew Glenn Arnold, 33 years old, from County Road 1123 was arrested by Deputies Taylor Walker, Tyler Reece along with Constable Sammy Henderson late last night at his residence. Judge Richard Tollison set Arnold's bond at $50,000.00 Arnold was charged with Kidnapping.
