On Weds Night March 15th Deputy Taylor Walker arrested Ashley Franks 29 of CR 4141 New Site.and charged her with numerous misdemeanor traffic violations. The arrest took place in the Piney Grove community. Once Franks was transported to the Prentiss County Jail, Officers discovered that she had Methamphetamine hidden in her bra. She was then charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetmine) in a Correctional Facility. Her bond was set at $5,000 on he felony charge She was initially charged with numerous misdemeanor Traffic violations and such with bond set on those charges at $4,500.
