In the early morning hours of Weds August 15th Prentiss County Narcotics Investigators and Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 5111 and arrested two individuals, Ricky Dale Barrett 51 of 212 CR 5111 and Christy Crenshaw 42 of the same address.  The pair have been charged with Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Distribute Dilaudid, which is a morphine based drug.  Investigators recovered aprox. 40 dosage units of the drug from the pair during the search.  Both are prior convicted felons.  Barrett has been released on a $25,000 bond. Crenshaw remains in custody.  SHe has a $10,000 bond set on the charges but has a hold placed on her by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for violations of supervision and a Chancery Court hold for failing to pay child support.  Almost $800 was seized from Crenshaw during the search.
