On Friday 08/24/2012 Michael Ray Butler 42 of 1613 9th St Booneville was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (dilaudid).  The arrested stemmed from an incident that occurred in May 2012.  Butler had been serving a previous sentence where he was ordered to participate in Drug Court.  Butler remains in custody awaiting didispostion of his case.
