On the night of Sunday March 1, 2015 the Prentiss County Sheriff was notified by Corinth Police concerning a potential Kidnapping of an adult male individual from Prentiss County, that had occurred earlier in the night. Corinth Police were alerted to the incident after the victim escaped from the kidnappers at a local convienence store in Corinth. Witnesses described to Police, the victims escape and the kidnappers attempts to regain control of him. After the victims escape, emergency medical services responded and transported him to Magnolia Hospital. Investigators pieced the case together and eventually identied the suspects who were arrested Monday March 23 by Prentiss County Investigators and Deputies at a Jumpertown residence on CR 8401. The suspects are identified as Keith Allen Dotson 29 and Alicia Denise Dotson 46 of Prentiss County. A search of the residence where the arrests took place revealed more evidence that linked the pair to the Kidnapping incident. Their bonds have not been set at this time and they both remain in custody. We want to thank the Corinth Police for their assistance in the matter.
