In the early morning hours of Saturday Sept 5th Narcotics Investigators and Prentiss County Deputies Executed a Search warrant at a residence on HWY 364 in the Cairo Community near New Lebanon Church. Officers Arrested Tessa Starnes 25 of 1181 HWY 364 Tishomingo along with Thomas Wilson Crosby 38 of the same address and charged the pair with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell or DIstribute after Investigators discovered that they had Methamphetamine in their Possession. One firearm was recovered and siezed during the raid. Their bond was set at $10,000 each. Crosby was released on the 7th on bond and Starnes the following day the 8th also on bond. Deputies and Investigators did a great job following up on the leads that lead the to the couples residence.
