On Thursday Sept. 29th Investigators arrested and charged Matthew David Robinson 30 of CR 3101 with Burglary of a Dwelling and Arson. The charges stem from the report, Sunday September 18th of the Burglary and Arson of a Residence on CR 3101. It appeared that the fire had been set in an effort to cover up the Burglary. Investigators and Deputies executed a search warrant Weds September the 28th at the residence of Robinson and recovered some of the property that had been reported taken in the burglary. Numerous pieces of evidence have been submitted to the State Crime Lab. The State Fire Marshals Office is assisting in the Investigation.
