According to Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar, a homeowner paid Jessie Lee Eaton, 63, of Tupelo, $8,800 as part of an agreement where Eaton would not only fix the victim's pool but also service it for the season. Eaton reportedly did neither.
He was arrested Sunday, Sept. 17 with the assistance of the Tupelo Police Department and transported to the Prentiss County Jail.

Investigator Torie Jumper is working the case and will present the case to the next Grand Jury in Oct.
