On July 31st, 2018 Deputy Aaron Stolz and Deputy Dallis Lumpkin received an alarm call on County Road 3450.
Upon arrival Deputies viewed a car sitting in the middle of the road in front of the residence, with a female standing outside of the vehicle.
Deputy Stolz made contact with the drive of the vehicle, the driver refused to comply he left at a high rate of speed. Tony Nelson Carter (48) from County Road 2312 was charged with
Failure to Stop for a Motor Vehicle along with several other misdemeanor charges. Judge Richard Tollison set the bond at $10,000.00 on the felony charge. The case will be presented to the next grand jury.
