On Monday 12/3 Prentiss County Authorities arrested 34 year old Jason Lee Smith of Booneville and charged him with Food Stamp Fraud.  The charged stemmed from him frauduantly selling a Food Stamp EBT Card.  The arrest concluded a month long investigation into the illegal selling of EBT cards.  Smith was released the following day on a $5,000 bond.  The case will be presented to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury.
